The client wanted to capture the grandeur of this exquisite home built in Sandhurst. The architecture design received an award for creating a seamless transition between the exterior and the interior, reducing the scale to finer detail.
The building has been designed to be both elegant and functional. It is a multi-use space with a library, study, gym and entertainment areas on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper level. A lower level space houses additional bedrooms as well as an entertainment area and bar. The house has been designed with a double-volume ceiling feature which allows for uninterrupted views from one side of the house to another.
